Line coupler
Line coupler for the monitoring system SAFELOG TOUCH
The line coupler is to increase the functional safety and enlarges the maximum cable length of the bus system e. g. splitting a building into different floors. Only 4 line couplers are allowed to be connected in a row, therefor the theoretically cable length of one circuit is 5 km (4 levels à 1,000 m + 1,000 m from the central unit). In addition, the line coupler enables the use of cable branches.
Preferences
- Each line coupler expands the maximum cable length of the bus system of another max. 1,000 m per floor
- Automatic search function for luminaires
- Reverse polarity protected RS485 bus
